Fairford Advisory is an independent consultancy specialising in strategic and technical engineering advisory services for the UK rail industry. We work across the rolling stock lifecycle — from early fleet strategy through procurement, introduction, and long-term asset management.
Our work is led by a team with direct, senior-level experience inside the industry. We understand the commercial pressures, regulatory environment, and operational realities that our clients face every day — because we have worked within them.
We are independent. That means our advice is objective, our judgements are our own, and our focus is always on what is right for the client — not on selling the next engagement.
